Founded in 2023, the Lyndall Project is a non-profit social impact enterprise established to advance scalable, technology-enabled patient-to-patient supportive care. Leveraging the power of generative AI combined with real patient lived experience, we can unburden our healthcare system by answering the thousands of non-medical questions those diagnosed have, while helping patients and their loved ones around the world feel less alone, better advocate for themselves, receive better care and have better outcomes

A breast cancer diagnosis is a frightening, lonely and bewildering journey. AskEllyn is here to help. She is the flagship product of The Lyndall Project and the world’s first conversational AI for those on the breast cancer journey and their loved ones. Leveraging the lived experience of a survivor, AskEllyn to delivers warm, empathetic, non-judgemental wisdom at any time of the day or night in any language. Through the Lyndall Project, we are committed to making AskEllyn forever free to all who need her.

Patient lived experience
No one understands a diagnosis as intimately as a fellow survivor. The Lyndall Project is a powerful way to deliver supportive care at scale, grounded in lived experience to others who have been there and who have felt those same emotions. AskEllyn was inspired by and embodies the experience of Ellyn, a breast cancer survivor.
